I'm trying to save a whole webpage to my notes. I go to my browser, and in the Share menu there's a Samsung Notes icon. Clicking this, I go to Notes, pick a page, and a box shows up in my notes with my webpage URL and information. In Split Pages mode, I can long click this box and choose Clip Whole Page, which will expand the entire webpage so it can be annotated like I want. However, at every page break, several lines of content are gone, cut off. In infinite page mode, I follow the same steps except when I long click the box, there is no Clip Whole Page option, only Cut, Copy, Paste, Delete, Anchor to text, and Wrap text around. I want to Clip Whole Page like I can in Split Pages mode, but I don't want to be missing content, I don't want it cut off at every page break.

This is on Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite.

I've tried doing the split screen suggestion, but I have no idea what "bar" people are talking about that's supposed to appear. I don't have any bar in split screen that I don't have in full screen.

I also tried the Insert button, but that doesn't have a webpage/weblink option on mine. Only PDF, Voice recording, Image, Camera, Scan, Audio file, Drawing, and Sticky note.

I've also tried saving the webpage as a PDF and importing. The particular page I'm trying to save cuts off vertically because a menu takes up the left half of every page and pushes the content off past the margin.

This is a really good question — Samsung Notes’ clipping options can be confusing. Unfortunately, what you’re seeing is a known limitation of Samsung Notes on tablets: Clip Whole Page is only available in split-page mode, and the cut-off at page breaks is a bug several users have reported.

One workaround that works for me is to first save the page using Samsung Internet’s “Save webpage as PDF” feature (from the browser menu, not the Android share menu). Then, before importing to Notes, open the saved PDF in a viewer and use a virtual “print to PDF” option to reformat it into a single continuous page. This usually removes weird menus and page breaks, and then you can import it into Samsung Notes and annotate freely.

Another option is using Samsung Internet’s screen capture with scroll feature (scroll capture) to grab the entire page as one long image, and then add that image to a note — it’s not editable like text, but you won’t lose any content.

Hopefully Samsung adds Clip Whole Page support for infinite pages soon, because that would make note-taking much smoother.

I downloaded Samsung Internet (Saturn icon?), went to the webpage I want, and clicked the hamburger menu in the top right. I see an option, Print/PDF... I don't see "Save webpage as PDF". Unfortunately, the Print/PDF has the same vertical cutoff I mentioned before--the webpage menu pushes the content to the right until it falls off the page.
