So I have an issue with my tablet on "call & text on other devices".

Hello all. I have a strange question, which is about the feature listed above. My Galaxy Tab S7 is listed twice. This could mean 2 things: my tablet is indeed listed twice; or, my old S7 and my new S7 are each listed. Fyi; I had to work with T-Mobile to swap out my original tablet after both of the volume keys went a bit crazy. I did go to all the places that had my old tablet and removed it, including Samsung.

Btw, thanks to this community for reminding me to do this--I actually had quite a few devices listed under Samsung, so last year I went to each applicable tech company to check for devices: Apple, Google, Microsoft, etc. I apparently had never done this before! Ever. So I wanted to let you all know to update those lists!

Anyway, does anyone here know what this means? I have had problems with using this feature before, so I think this could be the reason. There is apparently no way to fix the list. I appreciate any assistance.

It will show old devices you've had, mine still shows the Tab s8+ that I haven't had for years.

Oh ok, thank you. I thought Samsung had fixed this!

@theresalee52 If you back out of that page to the main call and text on other device screen and tap the 3 dots you can remove them now
