Tablet Wont Scan QR Code

My tablet won't scan a QR code and I'm not really sure how to turn that on. I Googled it and I can't find any of the functions that people are saying. My tablet model number is sm-t820.

Maybe you can use the option on the drop down menu or turn it on at the camera settings.

Go into settings in the camera app and toggle on Scan QR codes
