USB tethering

I am trying to tether a galaxy Tab A to a galaxy s9 phone by USB cable to connect the tablet to the internet by data account when wifi is down. I get the phone into tethering mode and the connection seems to be established but the tablet doesn't connect to the internet.

@Members_bUraFk6 I would enable the hotspot on the Galaxy S9 and have the Tab A join the Wifi network provided by the Galaxy S9.

This is more reliant on your service provider. Often times they disable sharing through different things like that for no good reasons
