I received a Samsung 2016 Tab A from a family member whom decided to upgrade to another tablet. Problem is she can't remember which email she used to set up the tablet, she has multiple email accounts. We tried factory reset and that didn't work. We can't seem to get passed the Google email screen. Is there anything I can do to get this tablet back functioning? Also the picture from above is from me swiping my tablet downward until the QR camera pulled up and I scanned a random QR code. Should I look for a certain code that can reset my tablet?
