I am having Wi-Fi Buffering issues and it's not the network! It was just having issues day before yesterday, yesterday, and today! Can you please fix it!? It was having issues with Wi-Fi only on YouTube!

Sounds like the internet to me.  Clear the YouTube app cache, reboot your router and your device.
