Hi, All of a sudden my apps will not open. I have contacted my internet wi-fi carrier. it is not them. My Samsung galaxy tab a is telling me that I have used 100% of my wi-fi data but I cannot find where to change it. I have talked to Samsung support. My apps will not open. It says "Outlook has stopped". I have re-started, done the updates, uninstalled and re-installed, everything but wipe my tablet clean. we just cannot figure out why I have a wi-fi data limit? It is not the same dates as my carrier bill either as far as the billing dates. This is a wi-fi only tablet. Thanks
