you're better off scheduling an appointment and take it in person, you can search for the nearest help center in the support tab on here. or try remote management, they can try to troubleshoot it in real time for you.

if you're using samsung pass you're better off switching to google password manager, since most samsung apps are dysfunctional. you should check if your sensor is working in diagnostics occasionally.

you're probably almost outta storage, memory, or need a restart. just make sure to use device care and optimize your device occasionally. and calls on their own take a lot of power to run, so they slow down your device or cause it to overheat. happens to me with discord calls 🥀

have you checked if your apps and phone are updated? if not, hold the power button and long press the power off button, tap safe mode and reset your phone. could help identify if bad apps are causing your phone to reset.

check device care and tap auto optimization and check if "auto reset" is turned on, that's whats causing it to reset when you're not using it.
