Galaxy S20Hi, I've been a Samsung fan for years. My latest Samsung phone is a galaxy s 20 plus I've had it for over 3 years now. All of sudden I see a green line appeared in the middle of my phone, when I searched on YouTube for a solution no one has one. It seems like a lot of people have had the same problem. Can someone please help me?

Galaxy S20@jjkan Usually this means that the phone is damaged and will need repair. There are a couple of troubleshooting items that you can do.
- Try powering up in safe mode. If the green line is gone while in safe mode, then it is caused by some 3rd party app on your phone. You would need to find and remove that software.
- Run the diagnostics in the Samsung Member app to gather information. Open the app. Click on Support in lower right. Click on Phone diagnostics. Probably the most applicable test there is Touch screen.
Unfortunately you will probably need to reach out to support to get the phone repaired.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers near you that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

Galaxy S20It can come from the factory like that. Could be a minor connection problem that only broke after a drop or a sharp hit to the device. Could be a physical hit to the screen. Any number of things. But it's there now and ain't going away.
The only fix is to replace the screen.
