I had to just upgrade to an A5 5g samsung. We use it for call forwarding for a part of our business, picked it up Tuesday night, set it up and first night got a message about SIM card or network connection. But it worked, today I went to change contact for call forwarding and I keep getting same message and I can not even put contact name in. Need help or a direction to go in besides going back to Tmobile again.

Sounds like it wasn’t setup properly on the T mobile network so you would have to contact them to get the issue resolved.

Thank you I will try that so I do not have to go to the store.

You should be able to get it straightened out by phone. Dial 611 on your phone and make sure you ask for tech support, not customer service.
