My netflix app is not working correctly on my Samsung A14. I log in to netflix and everything is fine. Try to play video. I get the sound and subtitles but there is not video. I tried all the suggestions but I still do not have video
My main phone is a Fold, and have an A14 from when I was awaiting my Fold in the mail. I wouldn't wish that A14 on anyone, not even someone I dislike. That thing is slower than a snail. You may need to get rid of EVERYTHING nonessential that is taking up storage.
