I have been using a Samsung A23 with a 1TB micro SD card. On the A23, all of the videos played wonderfully, all MP4 format. When I put the card into the Samsung A15 that I just purchased a week ago, the videos start to play but then I get a codec error message. I did install a couple of third-party video players but that did not change my situation. I also find that if I try to play an MP4 video from internal storage the same thing happens, I get an error message. Help or suggestions just appreciated.
They were all mp4. They worked fine on the Samsung A23. All I did was remove the Sim and micro SD card from the A23 and insert them into the A15. When I tried to play them, I get a codec error. Third-party video players don't seem to help the situation.
What resolution A15 uses 1080p , 2K, video 1080p @30 fps. The A23 you have check out the detail of what the pictures or video was taken at and compare to what the A15 uses.
