If you encounter an unexpected issue while using your Galaxy device, especially if you’ve tried troubleshooting and recently have updated, try submitting an error report through the Samsung Members app. Attaching a log file will help greatly in analyzing the cause of the specific trouble with your device. After analyzing the log file and confirming the cause of the symptoms, a specialized team will respond through the Samsung Members App!
Send Feedback
Launch the Samsung Members App, and then tap the Support icon for additional options.
Scroll down and under “Send Feedback”, select “Send Feedback”.
Select the Symptom Category your issue falls within, if giving simple general feedback select the “Other” option.
In the next window please fill out the frequency and be as descriptive and detailed about the issue itself, when it started, what device you’re utilizing, what your software is device is running, troubleshooting that you’ve completed, etc. Utilize the attachment option to attach any screenshots you were able to gather while the error was occurring.
Note: Please make sure that the log data is checked. If giving general feedback you may leave the frequency at the default setting or select once.
Once completed tap the send icon in the top right corner to submit the report. You can check the feedback that you’ve sent at anytime by returning to the support menu and selecting “Check feedback you’ve sent” option.
If you're experiencing strange or unusual symptoms with your Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Buds, or Galaxy Ring, please submit an error report through the wearables app instead of the Members app.
How doni make it go away? I didn't ask for it and dont want it. I was threatened by a robot walker bc I accidentally hit the button. It obviously came up with an update, which I also didn't ask for it. Make it go away or at least tell me how. I don't need to record my conversations!! Thank you
I'm very disappointed that the lock after exit option was removed from secure folder. It's the whole point of making it a secure folder.. Kids have my phone all day and now it's on you to make sure they don't access anything.

Please put lock screen notifications back to the center of the screen. Their location in the top left corner isn't intuitive, far to small to discern. The whole point is to be able to understand the notification with out going into your phone. At the very least make the location optional.
Samsung's astrophotography mode is phenomenal with a major shortcoming: not dynamic meaning comets, etc. don't show. Used to be able to overlay it's AR with a dynamic AR but without transparency control this is now useless. Please re-enable transparency control for apps. (A "de-clutter" argument is not really applicable since it is a user based decision whether to "clutter" (usefully) or not.) Thank you.
Cannot get my apps go back to the order they were and I used to be able to scroll up and I can search which app I wanted to play or use I can't do it now can you help me Get it back to the way it was
When I start up my A14, it works fine. Then when I push the side button, twice, it longer allows me to use the screen at all. Any ideas? I have to shut down and start it up again..and again..
Samsung please listen carefully, In my opinion Galaxy watch 4 the dress version is the best looking Samsung watch ever. Please, bring that one out but with all the latest features of the watch 8. From one Sr. Product Director to another, this is the best decision Samsung can make. I've gone to Best buy probably over 15 times in the last 5 days trying to decide if I want to buy Samsung watch 8 classic or the Ultra but I'm more towards the classic because I'm a watch collector. I just don't like the bezel around it, it kind of makes the watch look cheap and Samsung is a phenomenal brand and I don't want the word "cheap" to be associated with the Samsung. I have so much respect for the brand. That's why I reached out.
I love your tablets. The way the S Pen writes and Samsung Notes is the best. Note app out there, but there is one issue.
You don't currently make a tablet that fits my exact needs. For your next tablet, I would like one that is between 10.9 inch or 11 inches display, has to be the S series with the pen.It has to have cellular data.And it has to have at least 256g or 512gb storage. Adults that work usually travel a lot as I do. Wi-Fi usually isn't an option where I go. So it has to have cellular data. I also like to gain most games are large. These days, for example, Janssen impact is between 40 and 60 GB.
So that standard 128gb on your cellular data, versions does not work. 12.4 on a tablet to travel with is too large. The 10.9 to 11 inch is perfect because I take a lot of notes with the pen, so it's the perfect size for that. It's also a better size for when you're gaming, or trying to fit it in a small backpack. I would love to see this happen.I'm not sure if you have this.Somewhere else?But here in the u s a it's not an option.So far thank you
How can I submit feedback without the Samsung Members app? When I look at the app on the Play Store it says it's not available for any of my devices, including the Galaxy XR.
Change Secure Folder back to the way it was. I am happy to enter a PIN to access it. I do not want to set up Screen Lock for the phone in order to do it.
