I have purchased a Samsung book pro 4 360. I have two 49 inch Samsung Odyssey G9 monitors stacked and want to configure them as 4 separate monitors screens as each monitor allows split screen option with a DP and HDMI input I to each monitor . I have a thunderbolt 4 docking station that supports 4 external monitors with 2 DP and 2 HDMI outputs. I can only get 3 of the external screens to work no matter how I configure them. It seems as though the Intel ARC GPU should be able to handle the 4 external monitor setup. Does Samsung limit these laptops to 3 external displays? Or is their something I can do to make the 4 external screen setup work? I would be willing to get another Samsung Book 360 if there is a model that will work as I love this computer.
Just a guess, but I would guess that your docking station is counting the GalaxyBook's display as a monitor.

It sounds like youโve done a solid job with your setup, especially using the Thunderbolt 4 dock with both DisplayPort and HDMI outputs. The Intel ARC GPU in the Galaxy Book4 Pro 360 does technically support up to 4 external displays, but in practice Samsung often enforces firmware or BIOS-level limitations that cap external outputs at 3. Thatโs why youโre seeing one input not activating no matter how you reconfigure things.
A few things you could try before assuming itโs a hard limit:
Check the dockโs firmware and drivers, as some docks only pass through 3 displays unless updated.
Make sure youโre running the latest Intel Graphics Command Center and ARC drivers (H555 Download has the latest packages if Samsungโs site isnโt updated yet).Test different combinations of DP + HDMI on each Odyssey G9, since sometimes bandwidth allocation across Thunderbolt lanes can block a fourth output.
If none of that works, then unfortunately itโs likely Samsung has limited the Book4 Pro 360 to 3 external monitors. In that case, you may want to look at the Galaxy Book4 Ultra instead, as it has a discrete NVIDIA GPU alongside Intel graphics and can reliably drive 4+ external displays through a dock.
