I had Purchased a galaxy book 2 pro 360 in august 2022 but from 1st of july 2023 an issue with touch screen arises. Screen recognizes the multiple touches and become unresponsive. From the top side screen doesn't work or response while touch. My laptop is under warranty. After going through various troubleshoots by one of the executives, he had told that just visit the nearest service Centre. But there is no availability of laptop servicing in the service centre of Muzaffarpur district situated in Bihar.
