After a while, Bluetooth devices stop working. When I click to disable and enable Bluetooth in Windows, the button to enable it again is grayed out. To solve the problem, I have to restart the computer. This happens every day at random times.

In the Windows device manager, all my Bluetooth devices are alerted when this problem occurs.

Does anyone know what it could be?

Hello! Thank you for reaching out! You can first try a factory reset to help solve this issue first. But I would recommend to make sure to back up any important data first. As this will reset everything. If this does not help then I would recommend reaching out directly to Microsoft support for further help as this is a windows issue.
