ComputersI have a problem. The touchscreen on my Galaxy Flex2 Alpha constantly stops working after a few minutes of use. I've read everything on this forum where Samsung people give "Advise" and close the topic. These so-called solutions just do not work. I've tried them all several times. I work in the IT arena and I am VERY familiar with computers and software. This is obviously a known and serious issue that you at Samsung know about. What are your plans for fixing this issue for all of us owners that have this problem. Unfortunately, many of us cannot just swing by the store we bought the laptop at and return it for a better quality one as the time period for something like that has passed. We're stuck with this very annoying problem for as long as we have this machine. Please reply and explain how you plan to fix this known issue so that users like myself can know if/when you plan on releasing a fix.
