I have a problem.  The touchscreen on my Galaxy Flex2 Alpha constantly stops working after a few minutes of use. I've read everything on this forum where Samsung people give "Advise" and close the topic.  These so-called solutions just do not work.  I've tried them all several times.  I work in the IT arena and I am VERY familiar with computers and software.  This is obviously a known and serious issue that you at Samsung know about.  What are your plans for fixing this issue for all of us owners that have this problem.  Unfortunately, many of us cannot just swing by the store we bought the laptop at and return it for a better quality one as the time period for something like that has passed.  We're stuck with this very annoying problem for as long as we have this machine.  Please reply and explain how you plan to fix this known issue so that users like myself can know if/when you plan on releasing a fix.

First post you've seen? I've seen many across the internet and thought I'd come here as this is a Samsung specific site. My laptop is no longer under warranty, so no point in going to support. It's not worth paying for any fix for something that should be working anyway. Just thought someone might be familiar with this. Crazy thing is, it works fine when the display is in normal laptop position. It goes bad shortly after I swing the top around to tablet mode. Very odd.... Half tempted to open it up and see if there's a connection issue.
