Overview
After updating to firmware PL08ALX on the Galaxy Book 4 Ultra, users have widely reported major issues on forums and third-party sites.
Reported Issues
1.Docking Station: Docks stop working after sleep.
2.GPU: Persistent throttling until reboot; BSODs when switching from Intel to Nvidia GPU after sleep/hibernation.
3.Bluetooth: Bluetooth often fails after sleep.
4.Sleep/Hibernation: Device may not wake or boot, especially if a Windows update is pending; sometimes only battery drain or disconnect helps.
5.BIOS Update: Some users can’t install the update without a factory reset.
6.Display: Blank screen at boot after updates on some models.
Question to Samsung
Why have these PL08ALX firmware issues not been fixed? Users expect a new update, clear communication, and fair warranty support for such a high-end device.

Samsung has turned a blind eye to firmware issues. No response from them since months.
