ComputersHello! Thank you for reaching out! I can see how this can be super useful to use multi-control. If you have not already I would recommend setting it up by, turning on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on both the device and the PC. Make sure the device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the PC, and that both devices are linked to the same Samsung account.
Open the Settings app on the phone/tablet and search for 'Connected devices.' Select the first result, scroll down to 'Multi Control,' and turn on the toggle. Once both devices are connected, a notification should appear at the bottom of the computer screen confirming the connection.
If this does not help I would recommend also making sure that both devices are up-to-date. If this still does not help please call in directly at 1 (800) 726-7864 and ask for our smart things department.

ComputersI have the same problem too with my samsung s22 ultra connection to my samsung galaxy book2 pro 360...... I tried to login and log out samsung accounts of both devices, made sure they are on the same wifi network and also bluetooth was on. Made sure also that both multi control are enabled in both devices how ever it still says no devices available. Someone please assist us with this problem please.
