Hello,

I keep getting a notification about Samsung Continuity Service to "Allow Samsung Continuity Service to run in the background" and go to settings to change it. However, whenever I go, there is no option to run in the background and I can't get this notification to stop. Has anyone dealt with something like this?Screenshot 2025-09-17 080413.png

Once again, in order to possibly help you, it would be very helpful to see what page comes up when you click the "settings" icon.

Sorry, missed it thought it was the original photo. Tap where it says battery and see if there's the option for untestricted.

I'm sorry, I'm not familiar enough with Samsung computers to offer any other suggestions. On a computer, the service should just automatically run in the background.
