ComputersUpdate received the laptop back. Instead of fixing the issues, the repair center turned the features off. No finger printer sensor, no facial recognition. I can't even add a pin for security. I want to know what's going on!

ComputersHello! Thank you for reaching out! As previously started this laptop does not support facial recognition. As for the features not turned on are you not able to set it up in the menu setting? You can do that by Clicking Start, and then click Settings. Click Accounts, and then click Sign-in options. If you haven't already created a PIN, click Add under PIN. Enter a desired PIN and then click OK. Then, click Set up under "Fingerprint". Click Get started, and enter your PIN in the "Making sure it’s you" window.
You can also use this link to help set up those features: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062951/.
If this does not help then I would recommend attempting a factory reset on the laptop its self. After that, it would be recommended to get this set back up for service if you are still having issues. You can call in directly at 1 (800) 726-7864 to get this set back up.
