ComputersSo it just doesn't work, pretty much at all. I've had the app since I purchased my Galaxy 360 pro and worked fine, but now no matter what I do (delete, reinstall, update) it just doesn't work, keeps telling me I need to allow background usage, gone in the settings, did all that to no avail, and the rating on the Windows store is there to show others are having the se issue as well. I would like to keep track of my devices on there if I was too ever misplace it, are we planning on a fix anytime soon?

ComputersHello! I understand how this can be frustrating with smart things, not working correctly. I would recommend calling directly to our SmartThings department at 1 (800) 726-7864.
