App Notch + Floating Apps BUG

When I click the notch to resize the app it brings open my settings along with it (you notice the options are hidden behind, it did not do this before the update). Second issue is when an app is in floating mode the clicks are way off see photo, and it happens for every app.

@Pro_User What App has this "App notch"? I've never seen that. Have you contacted the developer of that app?

The floating app options don't look like the Samsung UI options. 

Are you using a 3rd party launcher?

@Pro_User I've never seen an "app notch" on any app on any Samsung that I have owned over the years. Please provide an example.

@Pro_User I do have the Fold 7. When you say "app notch" do you mean the blue horizontal line at the top of a floating app window?

the line on top of apps so u can decide if u want it half screen or floating

@Pro_User Thanks for confirming. Ok, I'm not seeing either of the issues that you mention. I checked both folded and unfolded. Clicking the notch brings up the window options exactly as expected and clicks inside a pop up app land exactly where I click.

Have you tried rebooting your phone? 

Perhaps the game that you have in your screenshot doesn't like pop up mode.
