Fold & Flip PhonesOpen the Phone app.
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
Select Settings.
Scroll down and tap on Supplementary services or More settings (the name can vary by model).
If you have a dual-SIM phone, you may need to select either SIM 1 or SIM 2.
Tap Call forwarding.
Choose Voice calls to see the options.
Step 3: Troubleshoot if the option is still missing
Contact your carrier: Call forwarding is a network-based feature. Your carrier may have disabled it or require you to activate it through them.
Check carrier settings: Ask your carrier to ensure call forwarding is enabled on your account.
Use USSD codes: Try using your carrier's codes to activate forwarding directly, such as *72 followed by the number for *72 (e.g., *721234567890) to forward all calls, and *73 to deactivate it.
Step 4: If the issue persists
Reset network settings:
Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset network settings. This will not erase your personal data but will reset Wi-Fi, mobile data, and Bluetooth settings.
Update your phone's software:
Check for and install any available software updates in Settings > Software update
