Closure problems

Do you have a case on it? If not, could you do a short video showing it opening and closing?

I have no open cases. Go to T-Mobile to make the complaint. Not here, I can follow videos, try and see no way to do it...

@Oxford was asking whether you have a physical case on the phone. It looks to me like you don't. Correct?

If you can make a short video, the best way to share it would be with Google Drive or similar.

In the photo that I take, the phone is without a case. And what would the video be for?

The reason I asked for a video is to see does it stopp right there with the gap? Or, does it close all the way and then when you let go of it it opens back up slightly causing the gap?

I wonder if you can see the Gap because you're holding it up to such a bright light? My thought is that Gap can't be more than a half a millimeter if that?

Does anyone else have a zfold 7 that could take a picture similar to this to see if the light is visible?

@Dt7 Do you have a case on it? If so, remove the case and see if it closes properly.
