FLIP 7 NOT OPENING FLAT

Is there anyone here experiencing the same issue I have right now?

My Samsung Galaxy Z Flip7 is not opening completely flat. It’s slightly bent when fully opened. Just wondering if this is normal.

I already dropped the phone at the Samsung head office, but I’m still waiting for their response until now.

This is expected. Over time the hinge mechanism no longer lays totally flat as small amounts of dust/debris collect from normal use. A slight angle is irritating but normal.

Samsung generally considers a range of 178.5 to 181.5 degrees to be "flat" and within normal operating parameters.
