Hello nohoho, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is to have the phone crash when playing Spotify through Alexa.

Have you tried clearing the app cache for the apps affected on the phone? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001372/

Also make sue that the phone and all apps are fully updated.

Additionally, try clearing the cache partition of the phone.

- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.

Finally, try resetting the app settings. Phone Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset all settings

We also suggest submitting an error report in the Members app. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Submit-an-Error-Report/ba-p/3001692
