Fold & Flip PhonesAnyone having issues with front screen on fold and flip not working all of a sudden, and then struggling to work when open? Me and a friend have both hax the same issue at the same time - yesterday. Is a UI not working prompt at timea.

You can use the following link to troubleshooting a black or blank screen: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10002028/
There are additional steps you can try for touchscreen issues on the phone: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10001974
Clearing the app cache for the One UI may also help to keep it working properly: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001372/
We also recommend running the diagnostics in the Members app under the Support tab.
If you continue to experience these concerns, it is recommended to have the phone evaluated at an authorized service center. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the evaluation: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
