Dear Samsung Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding an unresolved issue with my recent return of the Galaxy Z Flip 6, purchased under a trade-in program.
After receiving the new device, I found it did not meet my expectations, and I promptly requested a return. Samsung provided me with a return label, but due to an error on my part, I mistakenly shipped the phone using the trade-in device's tracking number. The return was successfully delivered to your facility, as confirmed by the tracking information.
Unfortunately, it has now been over two months, and I have yet to receive my refund. Despite multiple calls to your customer service team, I have only received vague assurances that the issue is being investigated and that I would be updated via email. However, I have not received any follow-up communication or resolution to date.
This prolonged delay has caused significant frustration and inconvenience. I kindly request immediate attention to this matter and urge Samsung to:
