Turn off Automatic updates

I have a Galaxy Fold 4. Can some one please tell me how to turn off automatic updates? I have done everything I can think of. So has tech support but they still keep coming. Any help would be awesome! Thanks.

I'm sorry, per your End User License Agreement (EULA) by using Samsung's software you have authorized any and all updates.

You own the hardware, they own the software.
