Z fold 7 flex screen

I start using the front screen and I want to read it on the flex screen I have to lock it and wait few seconds to unlock it and be able to use it, otherwise it won't switch screens.

How do I fix that?

I think this is what you are looking for.
In Settings, go to "Display" > "Continue apps on cover screen"

I tried it already. What happens its that the front screen stays on and the inner dark. I have press side button to lock and unlock it with the inner screen open. Otherwise the front screen stays on and the inner off... 😢

Send an error report via the Support tab in this app.

If your device is already unlocked and the cover screen is in use, you should be able to open straight to the desired app. That was always how my previous device (z flip 5) behaved, and the Z Fold should be the same unless there is some kind of error.

In the meantime, follow basic troubleshooting steps as outlined in my post here to see if you can correct the error:

Thanks for the help provided. I chatted through with IT, the issue was solved by a simple soft reset. 😅
