Fold & Flip PhonesPerhaps this issue is singular to you. I have never, once seen a question relating to this issue on this forum. That doesn't mean it hasn't happened, just that it's not a common complaint. If this was a common issue, there would be many, many posts about it. It may be happening to you because there is some defect in your screen or the electronics. Have you run a diagnostic on your phone?
Was your feedback to the engineers an error report that included your phone logs within an hour of the condition appearing?

As a Videographer, my Gal23Ultra videos have been destroyed vs previous update! Literally looks like video LUTS exported for Premiere or DaVinci!

Fold & Flip PhonesYou don't have to be here if it's not useful to you. this forum certainly does not exist to prevent one from putting in an error report or accessing "real" support. Many times people are directed to the error reporting option. Other users can help with things that don't require the programmers to get involved, as most things are easily solvable without tech support intervention, and is usually a more immediate fix.
