Buds 4 Pro Ambient Sound Issue

When my Buds 4 Pro is on Ambient mode it randomly just stops being Ambient for a second and then goes back to being Ambient. Is there a way to fix it? It's like it just turned to the off mode and makes my ears sound stuffy before going back.

I'm also having this issue. I've tried changing every setting but this keeps happening. Every minute or so the ambience kind of dulls out and then back in, almost like the adaptive mode but it should not be happening on full ambient mode. I don't think this issue happened on the buds 3 pro so it seems to be a new 4 pro issue.

I too am having issues with my new buds 4 pro with the ambient.  Its definitely a Samsung issue. My 3 pros ambient sound are working better.

Thanks for reach out to the Samsung Community. I definitely understand your frustration with your Galaxy Buds Pro 4 randomly turning off ambient noise and I would be happy to assist. I would love to know if you have tried any steps to resolve the issue like a Factory Reset of the buds? Also what is the device that you are connecting them with?

I haven't reset my buds. It's connected to my S26 Ultra. I have also sent an error report. I usually post to the community first to see if anyone has a fix and if not then I post an error report.

I am connected to an s26 Ultra. I've tried resetting the buds to factory and no luck, the issue persists. It seems to mostly happen when only one earbud is in. I have also tried the setting for earbud controls with one bud both on and off. Neither affects this issue unfortunately.
