Galaxy BudsI too am having issues with my new buds 4 pro with the ambient. Its definitely a Samsung issue. My 3 pros ambient sound are working better.

Thanks for reach out to the Samsung Community. I definitely understand your frustration with your Galaxy Buds Pro 4 randomly turning off ambient noise and I would be happy to assist. I would love to know if you have tried any steps to resolve the issue like a Factory Reset of the buds? Also what is the device that you are connecting them with?

Another thing we can have you do is submit an error report on this issue which I will also link the article on how to do that as well.
