Galaxy BudsHas anyone figured out this issue yet. I've seen it in past post.
My buds pro 3 connect for everything, but recently stopped connecting for calls. I can hear media, but if I call someone it does not work. Yes Calls are on in setting, and I've unpaired, reinstalled, and did every other test.
Would appreciate some help as a $200 price tag, this is not cool.

Galaxy Buds
. Force a Firmware Update via Wearables App
Several users reported the issue vanished after updating.
Open the Galaxy Wearable app.
Go to Buds settings > Earbuds software update.
Even if it says it is updated, check for a pending update.
2. Reset Network Settings (Crucial Step)
Resetting just Bluetooth often isn't enough; resetting the full network stack on your phone clears deep-seated pairing conflicts.
On your phone, go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings.
Note: You will need to re-pair other Bluetooth devices.
3. Deep "Reset" the Buds
Don't just unpair them; reset the buds' internal software.
Place the buds in the charging case.
Close the lid and wait at least 7โ10 seconds.
Open the lid and re-pair them.
4. Check Individual Bluetooth Profiles
Sometimes, the "Calls" profile becomes disabled while "Audio" remains on.
Go to Settings > Bluetooth.
Tap the Settings cog next to your Buds 3 Pro.
Toggle OFF then ON both "Calls" and "Audio".
5. Final Resort: Submit Error Log
If the above steps fail, the issue may be a hardware defect with the microphones.
Use the Samsung Members App > Support > Error Reports to submit logs directly to Samsung.
