I purchased my Galaxy buds a little over a year ago and had issues with the sound last September. I mailed the buds back and things worked fine after the replacements came, until now. The left bud volume is much lower than the right ear bud, even when turned all the way up. And though the volume is louder in the right bud, it is still seriously diminished.
I have unpaired and repairs the bids, I've cleaned them (and my ears), they are fully charged and so is the case. I do not notice an issue in another other bluetooth device and Volume.
