Hello, We understand the frustration of trying to understand someone or something that speaks too fast. There is an option to slow the rate of speech for both Talkback and the Samsung keyboard, depending on the feature you are using.
Talkback
1. Go to Settings>Accessibility>Talkback
2. Tap on Settings (Located under the toggle)
3. Tap on Text-to-speech settings
4. Here you will see a slider to adjust the rate of speech
Samsung Keyboard
1. Go to Settings>General Management>Text-to-speech
2. Once you tap the Text-to-speech option, you will see the slider to adjust the speech rate
Each one also gives you the option to test the settings.
