Is there supposed to be a new update than this?

Hi, does anyone know or have thoughts on if this should be the most current update?

Currently on 

Android 11

UI 3.1

Last security was Aug 1, 2021

Last Google Play was Aug 1, 2021

Phone is a Note 10+ US version and was purchased at the end of 2019.

Should it be more up to date than this? Also is this "safe" as in relatively safe to continue using.
