@DamianSlavent The rightmost digits are hundredths of a second. 

To show milliseconds it would need to have a 3rd digit on the rightmost set of digits.

Yes you can say that it's kinda millisecond (if assuming the third rightmost digit is 0). However, it's really centisecond because it only shows two digits.

For example, if it's 10.35 seconds, that number 35 means 35 centiseconds, which is also 350 milliseconds.
