Legal terms message from Samsung?

Hey all. Is anyone getting the message on your phone from SAMSUNG to agree to the updated legal terms/info?

Yes and it's legal jargon that a lawyer would have to read to understand...no layperson would know what they are agreeing to....it's very annoying
