Note 8 storage memory

I recently bought a note8 on the box and every other document it is stated the phone is 256g. However, under device care storage memory is only adding up to 64g.

What could be the issue?

Assistance will be greatly appreciated.

It comes with 64g in the US. 128g or 256g in other countries.
