Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating it is when you are unable to turn on the Bluetooth on your phone.

There are several steps we recommend attempting to get this feature working again.

1. Test the phone in safe mode. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/

2. Clear the cache partition and repair apps in the recovery menu.

To get to recovery mode:
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.
- Run the repair apps option and your device will restart.

3. Reset the network settings. Settings>General Settings>Reset>Reset Network Settings. This will remove all Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections, and you will need to reconnect to these services again.

4. If the Bluetooth still is not turning on, the next step would be a factory reset of the phone. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/

If the Bluetooth will still not turn on after the reset, it is recommended to have the phone serviced. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in he U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
