Hey Samsung! I absolutely love your phones but... I'm really upset that my note 10+ can't still be supported with system and security updates! My phone still works flawlessly but I'm slowly being locked out of my apps because of this issue. These phones aren't cheap and I'm not rich. I know the note 10+ is capable of the updates because techy people are able to add the updates. I am not techy and would like you to reconsider the decision to no longer support this device. I understand that by not supporting older devices you make more money. But trust me your devices are great you will still make plenty of money even if you continue to support the older phones you will always have people looking for the next best phone. I am not one of them and I cannot afford to continuously replace my phone and I love my Note 10+. I know it, it works well and I don't want to get rid of it.
