Galaxy Note PhonesHello, Welcome to the Community. We understand how frustrating slow mobile data is. There are some steps to try that may help.
1. Restart your phone
2. Move to a different location. You may be able to improve your signal in another location.
3. Update and Disable Network-Heavy Apps
Sometimes a troublesome app can cause issues by hogging your data connection, thus leaving less bandwidth for other apps and slowing everything down. In such a case, you'll need to do a little investigating to see what, if anything, is eating into your bandwidth. If there is something amiss, you can disable the app's access to your cellular data connection or uninstall it.
Settings > Network & internet > Mobile network> App data usage. Tap an app, then slide the Background data slider off to prevent that app from using data in the background. You should also check for app updates.
4. Disable Data Saver
Settings > Network & internet > Data Saver
5. Reset Your Phone's Network Settings
Settings>General Management>Reset>Reset network settings
6. Remove and Reinsert Your SIM Card
7. Contact your service provider for additional assistance
If the troubleshooting is not helpful and neither is the carrier, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
