I've been having an issue with the battery for months now. Samsung's customer service has been horrible to say the least. I decided to run the diagnostic today. Anyone else's battery like this? I need to charge twice a day and still by 4am the battery is completely dead and of course my data is not accurate since the battery died mid sleep. Also, the ring will say fully charged about 5 minutes of being on the charger. I've also reset it numerous times, doesn't work!

@userRVphreKnXY If you have Samsung Care+, I would contact them about a repair or replacement. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/samsung-care-plus/ 

If you don't, I would contact Samsung support. For immediate assistance, one option is to use the Samsung Members app -> Support -> Send text. This will open up live troubleshooting.

Another option is to contact Samsung support via https://www.samsung.com/us/support/contact/

@userRVphreKnXY I think the only solution is to send your ring in for repair or replacement. The support team should be able to arrange that. 

If you don't have Samsung Care+ and the ring is over one year old, sadly you will need to pay for repair or replacement.

Yea unfortunately!! If you can reach out to the right supporters in the support team, they should help. Other wise you may have to take matters into your own hands. I been there with other companies sadly to say.
