Hello all, my phone has been having a problem where the voicemail app will not work regardless of what I try. I cannot even get the app to open, as it gives me an error saying the app has stopped.
These are the steps I have tried to get it working, but I have had no luck.
Clearing data/cache, factory resetting the phone, reinstalling android, force stopping and clearing the cache, and uninstalling the updates for the voicemail app.
If I uninstall the updates for the voicemail app, I can at least get it to launch, however it says its downloading an update and then just reinstalls the voicemail app that does not work. Im at a loss for what to do here. Before I updated the phone the voicemail app worked fine, but now I cant even get that basic functionality my iphone 4 had.
