How do I get these stupid crypto pic updates added to my gallery it driving me nuts

Download them from the source or take a screen shot. They will end up in your gallery. The screen shots you just took should be in your gallery in an album called screenshots.

...you can even change where to save downloads /screenshots/

I know that, but most people don't change it, and that's the default. They expect their screenshots to end up in the camera album and then complain they can't find them.
