Depending on your region and environment, your device may temporarily disconnect from your mobile network or have a slow network connection. This may be due to your subscribed plan, access region, and mobile network settings. Give the steps in this guide a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01212956/
If the steps there do not help, it would be best to go ahead and contact your carrier, as they are responsible for your service. If the carrier is unable to resolve this behavior, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options:
