Samsung chat is an experience that matters for customers. 

It is disappointing when an experience isn't the same as it was before if an agent basically skirts around the issue using pity. 

 I try and I try to complain and I get no where. Turns out I have to do research myself without a good experience because I'm patient though very dissatisfied with their explanation. I just read a whole thing on Spectrum, and I'm thinking why couldn't Samsung have told me about it? 

I have had gotten some good chat support every time except for what almost look to be minor things that now I am seeing is unauthorized remote access. Expecting unauthorized remote access is normal is freaky so for it to have happened to me I also expect a note from Samsung.

kinda forgot that existed, support can be responsive, which is nice, but absolutely no help sometimes. you just gotta be lucky ig lol

I have no idea what you're trying to say. The most I got was you had a disappointing chat with a Samsung agent, Spectrum was somehow involved, and something about unauthorized remote access?
