Galaxy S21My phone is Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G.
About a week ago, I noticed that my phone stopped accepting the current graphic key. I wanted to change it, but the system required entering the old graphic key, which was not being accepted. I thought it was a software glitch and restarted my phone. After that, I couldn't unlock it with my face or fingerprint anymore.
I did a force restart of the device and tried entering safe mode. None of this helped, the system still doesn't accept the CORRECT graphic password.
I'm not ready to do a hard reset because there are photos of deceased loved ones on my phone that are dear to me. I don't understand why I should suffer like this. The support can't help me or empathize with my situation, even though I have access to my linked Google and Samsung accounts.
Has anyone faced this before? Please give advice. I've been locked out of my phone for almost a week now, and I feel like crying.
